Early Insights into Strengthening and Scaling Pluralism Work in America is a qualitative analysis of how organizations in our founding Field Builder network are growing their impact. This report describes patterns in how these national organizations are defining, implementing, and scaling efforts to build a culture of pluralism in the U.S., based on a set of applications we received for a closed RFP in 2023 (the “Network Fund”). This study helps to answer critical questions about the field’s strategies, while also noting the gaps and opportunities.
