Over Zero
BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Nichole Argo is the Director of Research and Field Advancement at Over Zero, a non-profit that works with organizations and communities to build resilience to identity-based violence. She is also the Founder and Co-Director of the Needham Resilience Network (NRN), a pilot project designed to help local communities more effectively address today’s challenges by establishing relationships across silos, building leaders’ skills in communicating across difference, exploring local issues through local stories and lived experiences, and facilitating a process for co-created solutions. Dr. Argo lives outside Boston with her two children. She holds degrees from Stanford, MIT and the New School for Social Research.
