BIOGRAPHY
Cecilie Surasky is the Director of Communications at the Othering & Belonging Institute where she leverages her extensive experience in movement-building and communications to reshape broad narratives around belonging. With a background as a columnist, commercial talk radio host, and filmmaker, she has led numerous campaigns on a wide range of justice and equity issues. Cecilie played a crucial role in advancing local LGBT rights, and has been instrumental in expanding especially young Jewish identity to incorporate a commitment to equal rights for Palestinians.
