BIOGRAPHY
Kayla DeMonte is the Managing Director at Citizen University, a non-profit working to build a culture of powerful, responsible citizenship across the US. In this role, Kayla oversees operations, communications, and program development for CU’s national slate of programs, which focus on strengthening citizen power and renewing civic practices through gatherings, rituals, and shared learning experiences. Prior to her current role, Kayla was Director of Programs & Partnerships at the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce and began her career in marketing & sponsorship at Seattle festival production company, One Reel.
